Admission and Examination Committee

Kamakhya Pemton College carefully considers matters of admissions and examinations as top
priorities. In order to streamline and manage various admissions and examination-related
issues, the Admissions and Examination Committee was established in 2018.
It was reformulated on 13th June, 2022 to bring more efficiency, transparent and time
bound management of admission and examinations.

Vision: Imparting an efficient, time-bound and transparent management of admissions and
examinations.

Objectives:
1. To ensure efficient conduct and time bound management of admissions, exams and
academic calendar of the college, in strict accordance with the regulations of Manipur
University.
2. To address any grievances or issues related to exams and admissions, fostering
transparency and accountability within the process.
3. To design and p1an, policies, code of conduct and measurqs relating to admissions,
exams, and evaluation processes.

Functions:
1. Managing admissions and exams in accordance with the regulations established by
Manipur University.
2. Serving as an authority for addressing any grievances or issues related to exams and
aomlssl0ns.
3. Supervising and assisting timely management of internal assessment examinations in
accordance with Manipur University’s guidelines and Academic Calendar.
4. Designing and planning policies, code of conduct relating to admissions, exams, and
evaluation processes.
5. Addressing feedbacks and suggestions made by students and parents on further
improvement ofa1l works related to the admission/examination process and facilities of
the college.
6. Delivering time bound management of all Academic activities of the college.
