Eco Club
The Eco Club of Kamakhya Pemton College, Hiyangthang was established in year 2022 with the beacon of hope in bringing the positive changes in this era of environmental issues facing by our mother Earth.
The main motive of creation of an Eco Club by our Institution was to create a platform for students, faculty and staff alike to come together and pursuit of common goal in pressing the environmental issues facing by our planet and actively engage ourselves in conservation of environment and ecosystem in and around us and helping in embracing a sustainable eco friendly practices in our institution and beyond.
Our Vision
To be the best institution in fostering environmental awareness, promote clean and green consciousness among the future generation.
Objectives
- To inculcate the environment eco friendly habits among the students
- To promote activities that can stop degradation of mother nature and improve the environment condition
- To promote mass tree plantation and make deep connection with mother nature
- To empower individual and make inform choices in implementing sustainable practices in their daily lives.
